Paper and Appendices Translation

Introduction

  • Paper and appendices translation relies on professional language expertise and industry-specific knowledge to provide accurate translation services for academic papers, charts, figures, and appendices. It goes beyond bilingual text conversion by ensuring consistent terminology, academically rigorous phrasing, and unified formatting for figure labels. It also adapts to cultural context, layout requirements, and the reading habits of the target audience, while preserving the professional logic of the source text and the integrity of chart and figure information. Users can click ‘Paper and Appendices’ to start the translation workflow.

Upload Files

  • Click ‘Upload File’, or drag and drop a file to upload it.
  • Currently, only PDF files are supported.
    • .pdf
  • Each file can be up to 150 MB.

Model Selection

  • The options in the Model drop-down list are based on the industry selected during user registration. For details, please contact your administrator.

Select or Create a Folder

  • When creating a project, you can select an existing folder or create a new one.

Paper and Appendices Translation Settings

General Settings

  • For paper and appendices translation, you need to select a file type. Paper Report is selected by default.

Submit the Project

  • Click ‘Submit’ in the lower-right corner.
  • After the project is submitted, the platform will automatically generate a project number. You can either stay on the current page or go to the project details page.
