• TMS, short for Translation Management System, is a software platform designed to manage and automate translation workflows. It brings human translation, machine translation, project management, and resource management into one unified environment, helping businesses localize multilingual content more efficiently.

Core Workflow

• TMS completes translation projects through collaboration across four roles:
  • Requester: uploads files, configures TM, TB, translation models, and obtains translated content.
  • PM: manages projects, assigns tasks, and handles final delivery.
  • Linguist: translates, reviews, and confirms merged content.
  • SME: reviews and revises content from a subject-matter perspective.
